Since the start of 2026 I have developed an ongoing relationship with Electrify / Astrum YouTube channel.
Astrum is a space focused YouTube channel with almost 3 Million Subscribers. The channel seeks to answers questions like "How big is the Solar System?" "What actually orbits our Sun?" and "Why should I even be interested in space?"
Taking scripts that are often still in development I was responsible for the entire post process, including sourcing archvie footage, pacing the edit, layering in elements of sound design and creating motion graphics including creating new styles and templates for other editors to apply across future videos.
Whilst a change from my typical commerical and branded work, the the challenge was a refreshing shift from what I'm used to, and the topics fed my my inner nerd and inate curiosity.

Recent edits have encompassed Lightening on Mars, new understandings of Supernovas, explorations of the future of space travel and how dangerous our own sun could be to our technology.
The work continues to force me to reframe the way I've worked in the past, and embrace the rentention and data driven approach, the iterative process, and the ambiguity that can sometimes come with fast moving operations.
